PrivateWave was founded in 2005 with the aim of bringing innovation to the secure communications market. Since the beginning, the company chose to cooperate with universities, leveraging the incubation by Acceleratore d’Impresa of the Politecnico di Milano and CP Startup of the Switzerland University.

Having legal effect as of November 1 st , 2018, PrivateWave S.r.l. have been merged by incorporation into BV TECH S.p.A.

We developed strong skills and know-how in security, encryption and mobile development.
