What is the process for ordering PrivateWave products?

Once you confirm the License Agreement and the Privacy Policy, you will be transferred to the Plimus website for the purchase. Complete the form by choosing product type, quantity and method of payment.

In the next step you’ll fill in the payment details, according to the method you choose.

After the online order is completed successfully, you will be notified along with important notice about your order.

You will receive by your email:

• from Plimus: all the information about the order process and the payment (including the receipt, valid as formal invoice),
• from PrivateWave: the license codes and instructions on how to use the software

IMPORTANT:

• if you choose to pay by wire transfer or by fax/mail, you need to wait that Plimus receive the payment, before receiving the information above,
• sometimes Plimus takes time to approve the order, even if you pay by credit card; in this case you will receive a notification explaining why you are not receiving the confirmation just in time.
